Simply pop of cap and rub on to dry skin. If you like, massage into skin with finger tips.
*The small size is about 3 in tall, 1 1/2 in across, and 1/2 in wide. The larger tubes are 4 1/2 in tall, 2 1/2 across, and 1 in wide.

* These bars do hold up well in heat, however avoid keeping in direct sun or hot temps for long periods of time.
